Hi, Mr. Korman,

I finished Unteachables 2 days ago, and I have a question about 14 year old Parker and his provisional driver’s license. Is that locational, meaning it is possible in some places for a person not yet of age to acquire a license to drive? That question continued to linger for me as I read the book, so I thought I would ask.

Thanks!

Beth
