Hi again, Eric,

Hmmm. The critics. I don’t want to jinx anything, but I have to admit that the critics have been generally very kind to me. When I do get a slap from one of them, I tend to remember it forever, yet it doesn’t truly bother me. It certainly never affects the way I write, but it can have an effect on the way I sleep — IF I sleep. But basically, I’m a  big boy, and a pan comes with the territory.
