Hi, Miss Hultink & Students,

Thanks for posting. I’ve written 95 books so far, and some have been bestsellers and even made the New York Times list. But I WANT TO GO HOME remains the sentimental favorite. I wrote it when I was 15, and I’m now 56 and Dad to 3 kids, 2 of whom are even older than 15! I did think of a sequel starring Jeffrey, who seems to be Rudy-plus-plus, but I never got around to it, and my writing went off in different directions. So I would never say never, but please enjoy the original and don’t think too much about a sequel, OK? I really don’t know if I could go back to age 15 and take up where I left off! But thanks for the thought, everybody!
