Hi, Claire,

Thanks so much for posting. A message from New Zealand is a first for me!

No movies or TV shows have ever been made of I WANT TO GO HOME or NO COINS, PLEASE. But you’ll be pleased, and possibly amazed, to hear that they’re still in play! Both books have contracts with film companies even as we speak. That doesn’t mean anything will be made — the film business is very iffy. But they’re still alive as regards film. So let’s keep hoping, shall we?

You seem to be training your son VERY well. I approve. I hope you’ll turn him into a fan, and remain one yourself! Thanks again for taking the time to message me.
