Thanks for considering me and my work. I’m told that my Y/A material is eminently suitable for the type of student you describe.

The ideal title might be JAKE, REINVENTED, which is a teen version of “The Great Gatsby.” Also suitable and much funnier is POP, which is about football. Also suitable is THE JUVIE THREE, about 3 kids from juvie who try to carry on with their straight-and-narrow lives after their group home leader is incapacitated. The most guaranteed laughs come from SON OF THE MOB, which deals with a teen growing up in a mob family. That would be my personal choice.
