I have a web designer, but I’m hosting the Forum myself. Find some reasonable young web designers in your home town, people who are starting out, just as you are. Then get prices. find what you can and want to afford, and go from there. It’s a personal choice, worked out over time, as you decide what you want your forum to do for you.
