Funny story, Jonathon. I wrote the book in 7th grade when I was 12, but it took until I was 14 and in high school when it finally came out — publishing is a long process sometimes. So I never actually saw any contemporaries reading my book. It was always younger kids. (And I have the feeling that most of the people my own age wouldn’t have given me the satisfaction of being seen with my book!)                            —–GK—–
