Thanks for posting. I’m pleased to hear that MASTERMINDS went over so well with you. Did you read all 3 books or just the first one? The second is CRIMINAL DESTINY, and the final one is titled PAYBACK.

Your questions: The idea for the book was all mine. Writing is what I do for a living, and creativity demands a lot from the author. It’s fiction, of course, so none of it happened to me or anyone else. My favorite genre to write is comedy-adventure, so the MASTERMINDS series made me very happy, creatively speaking. I got into writing in answer to an English project. Our teacher asked us to write a “novelette.” I got carried away and wrote 100 pages of what ultimately became my first book, THIS CAN’T BE HAPPENING AT MACDONALD HALL. That was over 40 years ago. I was 12, in 7th grade, and I’ve been writing ever since. Next Fall, when my new book, THE FORT is released, it will be Book #100. That sounds amazing, even to me!

Favorite food? Good old burgers and fries.
