Hi, Kaeson,
When I first started writing books, I wrote on paper and typed it on a typewriter when I thought it was ready. But for years now, I’ve been writing on a computer. I can’t really count the amount of revising that I do. Whatever I think is necessary, and, of course, whatever my editor asks for. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. It varies. My ideas for LINKED and the MASTERMINDS series — and really for everything I write! — come from plain old hard work and a lot of thinking and plotting. No big mystery — it’s just work.
I’m pleased that you seem to be enjoying my books. Great! There are soon to be 100 titles on my list, so you won’t be running out of reading material any time soon!
Thanks again, Kaeson, for writing and for your interest in me and my work. —–Gordon Korman—–
