Thanks for posting. I’m pleased to hear that Chapter 2 of RESTART made such an impression on both of you, and that you’re enjoying the book too.

I have absolutely no idea why I chose New Britain for Joel. I think I had a vague idea of where the book was taking place, and wanted Joel close to his home even though he was “exiled.” (To add to this tale of Connecticut, I had a son at UConn at the time.) I’ve got Book #100, THE FORT, coming out in the Spring, so I hope you can see that keeping track of details is becoming harder with each release!
