Chapter 30

> This is it! I suspect @Jade will be thrilled that Brendan gets the final say in RESTART.

> Lots of ‘shipping to close out the story. Shoshanna and Chase are the classic oil-and-water, opposites-attract, love-or-hate-no-middle-ground type of couple, along the lines of Elizabeth Bennett and Fitzwilliam Darcy or Hermione and Ron.

> Brendan and Kimberly? They’re more Belle and Beast or Lady Sybil and chauffeur Tom in Downton Abbey—they may be magic together, but it’s harder to imagine it from the outside.

> If you had asked me halfway through the book if Chase would be playing football this season, I’d’ve said No way! Score one for Mr. Ambrose.

> Brendan’s review of the past year in video club comes closest to “the real treasure was the friends we made along the way” of anything I’ve read from GRK.

> Brendan’s conclusion that “anything is possible” in life is the PERFECT way to end this story.

@J.R., @Logan, @Marlo: It was so cool to read your thoughts on the story. Hope we bump into each other elsewhere in the Forum!

@Jade: It’s been a blast as always! You made me see some of RESTART in a different way. I fully expect GRK and I will be bookclubbing one of your stories in a few years.

@GRK: Rereading RESTART reminded me why it’s so popular. Thanks for continuing to write stuff that still makes me lose myself in the story and laugh a lot. Now, on to FAKER!
