I’m pleased to hear that OPERATION DO-OVER made a hit with you. As you can imagine, it was complicated to write because of the timelines, but fun too. The story, characters, and even the dog were all made-up characters. I’m not sure where my ideas come from. Work, primarily — a lot of thinking and plotting.

How long does it take to complete a book? It takes all the time until the book is finished, as you probably know. That can be anywhere between 6 to 8 months for a first draft. You mentioned MIXED UP and FAKER being close together. Did you remember that SLUGFEST came in between the two of them? Yes, I write a lot!
