Hi, Laura & Class,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m pleased to be able to greet a group of Rudy Miller fans. I was 15 when I wrote I WANT TO GO HOME, and that was 40+ year ago. I’m astonished at the book’s lengevity. (And I, too, barely remember what a Walkman is!)

I’ve written a lot of books since then. The next one to be released, on January 14th, is called OLD SCHOOL, and will be,if you can believe it, #105 on my list. So I hope your 4th graders will plan to read on.
