Hi again, Zola,
I’m very relieved that everything seems to be OK. I think the offer to send you a book was an attempt to get your address. As it is, you did give that person your email address — no author, including me, would ask for that, nor offer to send you a book. It proves, to me anyway, that the Internet can be a scary place sometimes, so please be careful! (I’ve erased your reply that included your email address.)
Your plot! It’s a very good one, but probably not for me. It’s a little bit like my RESTART, where Chase doesn’t recall what a nasty person he was before he loses his memory in the accident. And if it’s done like MIXED UP, I find it a little too serious for the way my work has been going lately. (I’m glad you liked MIXED UP, by the way. It was not that well-received generally, which is one of the reasons why I’ve moved back to the comedy-adventure style I’m usually known for.)
I’m happy that you’re enthusiastic about my books, Zola! Thanks again for your support!
Kindest regards, —–Gordon Korman—–
