Thanks for posting. I’m pleased that UNGIFTED made such a hit with you. I hope you’ll watch for its sequel, SUPERGIFTED, coming probably next Spring. Laughs guaranteed!
Your questions
1. UNGIFTED can take place today. Dating wouldn’t change it. It’s a 21st century story.
2. Firstly, I wouldn’t be making a movie. I write books, and film companies make movies. I’m sure there would be changes. Novels have lots of words, but movies rely on visuals.
3. Actually, everybody gets only one personality. Donovan Curtis is an average kid, a little bit impulsive and prone to getting into trouble and “tap-dancing” like crazy to get through his trials and tribulations. But he’s loyal and decent, and good to other people — not the worst qualities in a person, right?
