Hi again, London,
Wanting to write isn’t enough. You have to have something you want to say, or a story you’d like to tell. In my own experience, sitting down and just writing never happens. There’s a lot of planning and preparation before you can put anything down on paper.
Where to start? At the beginning. You already read a lot, and you write a very coherent letter, so you probably have a good command of language. You need a story. Planning is everything. NEVER put a single word down until your story is well-planned. Yes, you can make changes, add or subtract people and events. But the basic story MUST be there before you start. And no one can supply that for you. You’re on your own.
Good luck, London. If you have time, let me know what progress you’re making.
