Thanks for posting. I’m glad to hear from such a big SWINDLE fan. Have you read the other 7 books in the series? Laughs guaranteed!
I’ve never considered writing or directing a movie on SWINDLE, mostly because the film rights belong to the people who made the first movie. I’d have to check and see if they own the rights to the characters too, which would take the series out of the market. Whether or not the film did the book justice is a matter of taste. The kids were portrayed as a bit older, they omitted Luthor (gasp!), but the film did have its charm, I’ll admit.
In any case, movie making is not one of my ambitions. However, it seems to be yours. So I’ll wish you luck in all your future endeavors. Thanks again for writing.
