Hello, Mr. Korman! I was SO excited to see that you responded to my questions. And, no, you did not visit my school, but I certainly wish you had. I found your answers very interesting. I’ve never heard of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy before, but now I’m definitely going to have to check it out. I loved the complication involved in naming your characters. It shows how much thought you put into your novels. Thanks for giving me the idea of an author’s mind. I always thought authors wrote out of only inspiration, but now I know that while inspiration is mandatory, it is not the “secret sauce” of writing. I just loved the conversation that you and Raymond Jardine had about Easter eggs. I’ve never noticed a Gunhold character. I’ll look out for one from now on, though. Thanks for clearing up Hector’s motives. A feeling of abandonment can really drive people. I appreciate your time and sincerely want to thank you. I’ll be on the lookout for Supergifted.

Many thanks!!
Jack Sweeten
