What you describe — at least at the start of your message — is the plot of the second book in the series, SUPERGIFTED. I think all three books indicate that creativity, teamwork, and courage matter, but I would never put down the gift of intelligence, which is a very great gift indeed! I’ve tried to make it clear that Donovan and Noah, put together, really do qualify as one brilliant person on all counts.                                                                                                                                                 –GK–
