Hi, CVES, Room 21,

Great to hear from so many fans! Here are some short replies:

CASSIA, I’m glad you appreciated Mr. Solway sending his walker flying at Aaron and Bear! Writing tips? Read a lot, and write constantly — stories, letters, emails, anything that uses words and gets you using language.

MAGGIE, are you really like Shoshanna?Wow! Did you ever dump frozen yogurt on anyone?

AILYN, I appreciate the 10/10 for my book! Suggestions for becoming an author: read a lot and write constantly.

OLIVIA, I’m glad you appreciated Kimberly. She really is one of a kind, oblivious to eveything!

SANARA, Hey, a lot of people know about RESTART. It’s been on Writing tips: read and write a lot – constantly! the New York Times Bestseller List for over FIVE YEARS!

MYRA, Glad you enjoyed UPLUGGED too. As you can imagine, it was fun to write that one!

QUINN, thanks! I’ve already written a ton. My list is 107 titles long with more on the way.

OWEN, glad to hear you noticed that I like to write from different perspecives. It’s a tehnique I’ve really gotten into! I find it gives a more rounded effect to my story to see different viewpoints on the topic.

YL, what’s it like to be an author? It’s great! I get to interact with classes like yours! And I do love my work.

NAISHA, like so many of your classmates, you’re a yogurt-dumping fan! Yes, Shoshanna was a very direct person!

OPAL, you asked for a recommendation. Go to THE BOOKS section of this website and take your pick. You might want to start with SNOOP.

ADRIAN, Writing tips: read and write constantly, every day. That’s how you get good at expressing yourself. And never put down a single word until your story is wel-planned. Planning is eveything.

GABRIEL, you gave Mr. Solway and RESTART 10 out of 10! Thanks! I’ll take it!

AKSHAT, If you’re really hoping for more books like RESTART, go to THEBOOKS section of this website and take your pick!

ASHTON, Glad to hear RESTART is your favorite book. I can see you root for the undedog when you celebate Brendan getting Kimmie.

GIDEON, another Brendan fan. He was there for comedy relief, and as a counterbalance to Chase.

ALYSSA, if you want more fun books, go to THE BOOKS scetion of this website and take your pick. There are now 107 titles to choose from!

SYLAS, glad you enjoyed Brendan going through the carwash! Even happier that you’re planning to read more of my stuff.

AYUSH SHARMA, future book ideas? You’ll have to wait and see. The latest is HYPERGIFTED, 3rd in the Gifted series. Try the first ones: UNGIFTED and SUPERGIFTED. Laughs guaranteed!

RYAN, I came up with this story the same way I get all my stories — plain old hard thinking and plotting. No big mystery; it’s just work, and it’s the profession I chose.

SOPHIA (and it waas signed JOHN, so take your pick, please!) You (one of you) liked Chase beause of the way he changed as a person.

NOAH, glad you especially loved WAR STORIES, You asked for a story about a Jewish kid discovering who he really is. You describe my book LINKED. Give that one a try and then maybe drop me  line and tell me what you thought about it.

VON Nguyen, glad you liked RESTART so much and Mr. Solway best of all. Thanks for your comments.

There, people. I hope that’s everything and everybody. Please forgive andy misspelling and typos! Thanks for your letters and comments. They are much appreciated!
