So, in Criminal Destiny, when they thought Hector was dead, that was when they figured out who exactly they were cloned from. Hector wasn’t there, because they thought he was dead. They knew they were clones back in the first book, but not the exact names and crimes of who. 

In Payback, however, when the group goes to Poseidon, Hector tells Robbie that he made a deal to keep everything hush-hush so he can live with everyone, and he says that Robbie will look like a counterfeiter when he gets older, meaning that he knows who Robbie is cloned from.
