Thanks for posting. Writing isn’t my hobby, Lauren. I do it for a living. I try to spend a 7 or 8 hour day when I’m writing. But I also spend time visiting schools and libraries. Free time? I have 1 wife and 3 kids, (ages 20, 17, and 14, boy-girl-boy) and I like to spend time with my family, following the kids’ sports and other activities. Angel, I wrote the story that turned into my first book in 7th grade when I was 12. I wrote a second one to see if I could do it again, and the third to see if it was a career. So when it came time to choose a career, I already had one. I know that’s a strange story, but it’s the truth!
