Thanks for posting. I’m pleased to hear that my books have been making such an impression on you, and that TITANIC heads the list. Thanks for writing to tell me so.

I agree. My TITANIC series would make a great movie. But you might have noticed that James Cameron beat me to it a few years back. And before that, many years earlier, there was “A Night to Remember,” on the same subject. And an earlier one too, I think. The sinking of the Titanic was a VERY big subject, and it still is, some 100+ years after the fact.

As for having the power to make movies — movies don’t really take power. They take talent (I’m not a filmmaker) and mostly, they take money (ditto.)  No, really, film companies make movies, and authors like me just write the books.

But I appreciate the thought. And I’m very proud of the series. Recorded Books made an amazing audio recording of it. I hope you can listen to it some time.
