Dear Gordan Korman,

My class just finished reading the Everest trilogy. It was amazing!!!!

My favourite character was Perry Noonan. In the beginning no one liked him. They thought Cap Cicero chose him only because of his uncle who sponsored their trip. But the thing is Perry doesn’t like climbing! He only does it because his uncle thinks he likes it and he’s too scared to stand up for himself. Perry is my favourite because he stood up for himself even though Perry was scared. He showed a lot of courage and strength that I admire. One of my favourite parts was in book 3 The Summit is when Cap see’s two people coming down the mountain and then he notices that it\\\’s a big person and a small person. He comes running to then because he just knew it was Eathen and Dominic. That would be such a great scene in a movie and you described it really well! If I could change one thing I would change the fact that Cap figures out that Tilt is the mole giving info to the National Daily. I feel that it would have been better if know one knew so they can really respect Tilt and fully love him. Everyone makes mistakes! It’s just not everyone can forgive and forget. I completely understand that Tilt needed money to pay for equipment and basic needs. I would rate the book 10/10 and recommend the book to people that haven’t read it. Overall, I love your books. They make me laugh, feel good , and make me happy!

Have a nice day,

Maggie Jacques
