Good day Gordon;

Thank you for your interest in the Kinette Club of London’s essay contest.

We have our 2 winners and are in the midst of contacting sponsors. Your offer of a letter and bookmarker sounds great.

Please suggest a secure, maintaining privacy way of sharing addresses.

The Kinettes started hosting this contest with Kin Canada’s incentive of “Raising the Flag”. The idea behind that was to increase the number of Canadian flags flown across our country. From that our club evolved the project to a grade 5 & 6 essay contest. The chairs have tried to incorporated Canadian products and companies in all aspects. With the many inventions of Canadians ideas are waiting to be explored. In the future we have a science connection. That idea stemmed from the Canadarm.  Sports, musician and authors are among the reasons in the essays submitted, to be proud Canadians.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheryl
