Thanks for posting. I’m pleased to hear that NOTORIOUS made a hit with you. I hope you’ll check out THE BOOKS section of this website and read many more of the books on my long list.

Your questions: The reason you can’t find Centrelight/Centerlight Island is because I made it up. I needed something along the border, and I picked Michigan/Ontario and put it in the middle of a real river. I don’t think I mentioned a hospital, but it would be best not to have one, I think. Patients could be taken to the mainland on either side. But doctors — that’s different. I’m sure there would be private practices. The U.S. side would use American medical care, and the Canadian would use Ontario Medicare. Good point.
