You know, that’s a really good question. I’ve always maintained that authors don’t really need what you call “inspiration.” We write because we have something to say, a story to tell. That’s all it takes to start us scribbling. I guess it means I still have a lot to say. No, I’ve never thought of retiring. Not while there are still stories running around in my head!
