Avi, you give me too much credit! Honest — I’ve forgotten completely about Vlad and Yvonne-Marie’s villas. I’m afraid the villa in Tuscany may be just a cliche I use too much! Also, references like “one-horse towns ” — I may overuse those without remembering I used them before. Ouch!
