Thank you for helping me find what the letters mean. I just figured them out. It turns out you get the letters of the alphabet and line them up in two equal rows then use the opposite letter, like g is t. The letters turned out to be: time is running out for the ring keeper. 

The book is really good and I will continue reading the series and next read your book, ” the Medusa plot”.
