The toothpaste ad was the real reason why no one could access Level 13 of the game, and the game itself had all but disappeared. The gaming company had a silly gag ending to their game instead of all the world-shattering endings games like that normally have — a toothpaste ad amid the wreckage of civilization. So the game was banned because the toothpaste company never gave the gaming company permission to name their toothpaste in the game. That\\\’s what copyright infringement means.
