Yes, this is me. I’m always hanging around my Forum.

As for changing your plot a little, the answer would probably be yes. It’s in the nature of writers to fiddle with details. In my case, I’d want to make sure that the sequel isn’t really the first book all over again. (That’s a mistake people often make with the sequel to a bestseller. They liked it so much that they want it again.)
