Dear Mr. Korman,

Our 6th grade ELA class has been reading Restart for a while now and I just want to say I love this book! I love Shoshanna\’s character in the story.  Judgy yet is still willing to give people another chance(With her own conditions.) Although  I do have a question, how did you come up with this story? Is it based on a true event in your or a friend/family\’s life?
