I assume your “series” is the 2 D- Poems books. We originally decided to try our hand at “poems” because of Shel Silverstein’s success at it. We didn’t measure up to him, but we did pretty well, I think. Actually, the poet was Mom, who could be counted on to write some doggerel for every occasion — New Years Eve parties, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I was a novice at it, but I’m pretty proud of the two books anyway. I think my Mother is too.
