Chapter 5: LAND HO!

• Rudy repeats every maritime and nautical term he knows. Thar she blows! was enough to annoy even placid Mike.
  
• And what a swell guy Rudy is for accepting Mike’s apology for falling asleep while navigating. (Mike’s a saint for laughing it off.)
• Toll of phantom wood-butcher rises to two. Hey, Chip, you’re losing your cool.
• … I’m going to die at your hands, just like the cabin and the table.
• Those g-rated schoolboy insults! Nut! Twit! Bonehead! Skunk!
• Rudy’s going to be forced to take part in camp activities?!?

My favorite scenes may be the ones with the counselors discussing how to handle the Rudy situation.
