Not sure that there’s any real difference, Darren. I mean, I’m not the boy writer any more, but the stuff I turn out today seems to me to be very much like “Joe’s Place” or POP. I think maybe I must have changed, so it’s possible that what you see is what you get. Can it be that the younger Darren saw it as differently as I did when I was writing it?  I dunno. (Now, does that sound like “maybe it’s you?” Sorry!)                                                                                                       —G—
