Please give advice for my book!

I am writing 2 books at the moment, and i could use your, or someone else’s advice for it! especially on editing and publishing, so for starters please tell me how you guys make your chapters 4-8 pages long,  what font size you guys use, and where you write on. Ex: Microsoft Word.
