Restart inspired story

Dear Mr Korman, I am a 5th grader from Winnipeg,Canada that loves to read/write, and I read every single GK book in my public library.

I’m busy writing my first book, School Stories, but I have a story idea named WHO AND WHAT?

 Summary:

A kid gets suspended for 2 weeks, but when biking home, a baseball bat strikes him in the head, leaving him unconscious.

Then kidnappers grab him and his bike, and put him in the van.

When he wakes up, the kidnappers realize that the kid has amnesia, and can’t remember anything except the strike.

The kidnappers drop the kid and his bike, in LAS VEGAS.

How can a kid with amnesia get his memories back, and get home, in two weeks?

P.S. should the title be WHO AND WHAT? or WHO OR WHAT?
