[Aly]

Hello Mr. Korman!

I'm back again from another talk with my friend!

After a reread of Notorious, he found that Ronnie Lindahl mentions that he and Joey have a "Splat Night" where they throw rotten fruits at cars. My friend then made a connection to your short story, "Secrets of Splat Night" for Restart.

Did you get inspired by your one off mention of Splat Night and create the short story?

From,

Aly

Wow, Aly,

I don't even remember any Splat Night other than the extra chapter I wrote for RESTART! I can only explain that I've written 108 books so far, 104 of which are in print, and the rest are coming along soon. I once knew an author who kept a detailed card file on every single one of her characters. I think maybe I should have started doing that a long time ago.

So I plead the usual: I forgot.                                                           -----Gordon Korman-----

OMG i didn't even know Restart had any extra content! I'll read this before I design the characters for sure!

Hi, Merp :D,

It was never part of the book. It's just something I dreamed up that would have fit well into the book if the publisher had wanted to add it. I hope you find it intersting for your design, but it may not change anything in your mind.                   --GK--
