I have read Faker a few times now.  Another excellent book!

What do you think of the idea of a sequel told from Logan’s point of view?  I bet a lot of your readers would be interested in learning what happens to Logan after he is forced to leave Boxelder.  This book could even start chronologically before Faker ends.  It would be cool to hear events from Logan’s point of view (like the Zander’s party and what happened during the move away from Boxelder.

Also, it is my option Logan would never be allowed by his parents to stay in contact with Trey via a secret server anymore than Trey would be allowed to stay in touch with Rudy by his dad (too risky).

Looking forward to your next releases, Old  School and Snoop, and the releases after that.

    Thanks,

    Sara

P.S. Apologies if this got entered twice… looks like the first one disappeared

    Hi, Sara,

    Sorry you had trouble posting.

That's an excellent idea, you know! I'm not set up to do it, but congratulations! I like the way you think!

The one problem would be trying to stay interesting. It would likely end up more of the same, only theirs would be about fake art. Some kind of difference would have to apply. But it would make an amazing tale.

Well, at least Mona Lisa now lives a quiet life.

Thanks, Sara. Hope you enjoy the new stuff as it's released.                                  -----Gordon Korman-----

    Hi Gordon,

I suppose I was counting on your abilities as a wonderful writer to know how to make it different, rather than more of the same, since Trey and Logan have different personalities and that Logan would end in a different situation from Trey since he has moved away from Boxelder.   The end of Faker makes me wonder, what happens to Logan?  Trey just hopes the two of them will some day be allowed to have a “normal” relationship.   Trey convinces his father to go straight.  Logan might be forced to extract himself from his crooked parents… or something else… that would be for you to decide.

I see from reading your posts you might have sequels to other books!  In your post to Ember on August 21, 2024, you mention a possibility of more of Mr. Aidact.  I have wondered how Mr. Aidact managed on his own, since clearly he did.  You also mention maybe a sequel to RESTART.  And it sounds like HYPERGIFTED is definite.  I look forward to any and all of these.

     Thanks,

    Sara
