ChadGordan Korman,
Your book linked was one of your best ones I have read, standing next to the fort and superteacher project. The plot was great, but I would like to say, while Link's character was fun, Micheal's and Dana's seemed to be one-sided (I know there is a word to describe it, but it isn't coming to me). Micheal seemed to only talk about the chain, while in other books, such as the Fort, everyone had a unique and funny character and perspective. Again, I loved the book and it sits with many others from you on my shelf!
Chad

Thanks for posting. I'm glad LINKED went over well with you.
You make a good point. Remember, though, that Link is the main character. The story revolves around him. Michael and Dana are important too, but they serve a specific purpose, which tends to narrow their effect on the story. Even Link's parents and Grandma are secondary, and tend to support Link. It's part of the nature of story-crafting, and it's often a tough choice writers have to make with their characters. -----Gordon Korman-----
