    Hi, do you know of middle grade short stories? Other than your own that you have on you page

    I'm not sure what you're asking about. I don't have any short stories except for the one in THE 39 CLUES book "Vespers Rising", and I'm not sure who might be writing any. (Except for me, Rick Riordan, Peter Lerangis, & Jude Watson in tat one book). Sorry. But maybe -- just maybe -- short story collections are the answer to something that's missing from what's available.

    Ah! I mean the writing that you have on the “Short Fiction” page on here! Someone gave me the advice that to improve my writing, I could try rewriting a book. I decided a book is a lot so I started with one of your short stories. I’m not going to publish it or anything, maybe as a fanfiction, but rewriting stories is actually really fun. It takes a while but it’s worth it! 


    That’s a great idea. I was looking for popular short story collections and there were only two I found, back in the late seventies and maybe earlier. We should all look into that! 👀


    By the way, I’m rewriting “SPLAT NIGHT” 😊

    Gotcha. "Splat Night" was an extra chapter that was supposed to go into RESTART, and never did.        -G-
