You will not BELIEVE how long I've waited for this. YOU WILL NOT. Ungifted is my favorite book in the whole wide world. That book is what made me become obsessed with Gordon Korman's book.

I didn’t realize the synopsis was out on Google Books and I immediately came to the conclusion that they were going to graduate eighth grade (graduation cap), a pig was going to be involved (stickers, mud, pig prints), and there was a gavel (I thought it was going to be related to the law or something but no </3).

Also I feel like a honey badger is going to be a one off gag or Chekhov's Gunman since there's two stickers related to them.

After reading the synopsis, DONOVAN IS A CAMP COUNSELOR WHAT. I had a really old concept for an AU where characters in the Gordon Korman Universe™ went to like a summer camp. Donovan was only a camper though and not a counselor.

Anyways I'm so so excited for this book to release!! I'm crawling up my walls I'm so excited.

Have I read Supergifted?? Does a bear poop in the woods?

I begged my mom to buy it for me when I first found out about it (she bought it of course).

Megan Mercury is my second favorite character in the entire series (first is Donovan)

Okay so after going over every detail in the Ungifted series in my mind (I told you it was my favorite book/series), I remembered that Noah isn't twelve, like the Hypergifted synopsis says.

In the Hypergifted blurb—provided by Google Books—it states "School has never been a problem for twelve-year-old super-genius Noah Youkilis".

HOWEVER, in Supergifted, Donovan tells Chloe that Noah was "number one at everything for thirteen years." Noah himself, in a later chapter during an interview, says he's "Thirteen years, two months, eleven days, six hours, and two-point-seven minutes—subject to Einstein's theory of general relativity, of course."

I don't know, just something I remembered, but it would probably confuse a handful people now that the synopsis is out on multiple websites.

I bow to your Youkilis expertise. But I think it's fair to assume that Noah might be a year or so older in the second book, no? HYPERGIFTED begins with Middle School graduation, by the way.                                                  --GK--
