FrankieHi Mr. Korman,
Something has been bothering me for the last few years. In Losing Joe's place, what's the real-world Toronto street/area that you set his brother's place? I've often wondering and when I grew up I was disappointed to learn there was no 1 Pitt Street in Toronto that I could visit.
Btw when I was a kid you visited my school (Baythorn) ... thanks again that was an awesome visit.
PS: My favourites are the Bruno/Boots series, Losing Joe's Place, The Twinkie Squad, and I Want To Go Home. I still have all of them in paperback.

Thanks for posting and for being such a long-time fan.
How about the Bloor and Spadina area? My own recollections of Toronto are fuzzy now -- I've been married and living elsewhere for over 30 years! But doesn't that shound like an excellent place for Plotnick to open a deli?
Thanks again, Frankie! -----Gordon Korman-----
