Steven Tringali- Good morning. I am a retired high school science teacher from great neck South hs. I taught for 28 years. I presently do some sub work in the Southampton School district (Intermediate school). While I have some time, I have decided to read more and I came ascetic your books after another teacher recommended you to me. The first book I read was The Unteachables. The second, arguing I just finished was Ungifted. I just wanted to let you know that I am thoroughly enjoying your books and writing style. Your writing is energetic and keeps you moving throughout. I enjoy going from character to character. The Unteachables does hit home because that happens all too often with teachers as they are approaching retirement, getting moved into a class that they haven’t taught their entire career. Also working with the so called “Unteachables” and these kids then flock to you for more learning. In your book Ungifted, I must start off by acknowledging your my buddy Motch! Note what are the chances that I select a book out of an entire school library, where you give credit to Motch? That was so meant to be that I found that book, I immediately took a picture and sent it over to him, we had a good laugh. I see his three kids in Robitics get so into their project and his Motch motivated them. So far I’m 2 for 2 with your books, loving the story lines and you keeping the reader involved and thinking about what will be next throughout! I’m note starting your book Hideout. I have been informing the librarian here about your books, which she is going to start to read! I told her she should get you into the school for a visit with the kids. Thank you. Steven Tringali

Thanks for reaching out! I'm thrilled that you've found my books via retirement (and Motch)! My wife is a teacher in the district and Motch was a coach and mentor to my older son back in the day.
It's such a coincidence that you've found my novels at this point. (I confess that you're not the demographic we aim for, but I'll take it!)
I hope my books continue to be a hit with you!
