Hey, remember me. Ginevra Grade 6 student.I talked about unplugged 2. Yeah well im here alone i have to talk to you.

Problem 1: It feels like i could never get done with this book since i have school and friends and other stuff to do. As an adult who has probably way more things to get done how do you do it

Problem 2: Where do you write your books we are using google docs and i cant tell how the page size would be on a real book and google docs makes me seem like this book will be so short

If you have any ideas for this book it would be great because we are so boring

Hi, very stressed Ginevra,

Relax. When I wrote my first book, I was in 7th grade, age 12. I also played on a hockey team, and still made time to write. You do it because you make time for it. No one is holding you hostage and making you write -- you're supposed to be doing it because you want to. Now I do it because it's my chosen profession.

When I first started to write, I wrote in pen on lined paper. I graduated to a typewiter after a year, and a computer after several years. I used Microsoft WORD. Still do. Advice: Page size doesn't matter, and has little bearing on published book page size. It's not the WORD or GOOGLE.docs that makes the story long and enough and good enough to be a book. It's the story itself. Ask yourself if the story has enough detail to be long enough to be a whole book. If it hasn't, I'm afraid you're back to square one.

Maybe you need to take a short vacation from this book and go over what you already have written and see what's there. Ask yourself if it's a book or not. You'll know.

Hi, I use Google Docs too, and actually published a book called Milly's Bad Day. Because you're using Google Docs, I just have to tell you about all the cool things you can do  on it @Ginevra!

1. You can use so many cool fonts


2. There is a word count so you can see how many words you're putting into the story


3. You can put images


4. You can draw stuff (Might be hard if you are on a computer LOL)


5. You can add page numbers


6. You can change the color of the text 


7. You can add a cover 


8. You can share it with others (You can choose if you want them to edit or not)
