Oh, Leo, that was 9 books ago and I don't remember. But I'll try:

Mitchell is 12 like the rest of them, a little bit plump, and kind of clumsy. Ricky is smaller and younger-looking than the rest of them -- he's the outsider, and stands out because of it. Evan looks like your average 12-year-old, slim and athletic. His older brother, Luke, is a teenager with fair hair, a bland look on his face because he is a born follower and trying to look bored and older. His friend Jaeger is probably 17, and a mean person whose meanness shows in his face. He would have longish hair and a permanent sneer. And his clothes would be Mr. Tough Guy style. C.J. is Mr. Big Personality, and most of it is a sort of show-off quality that we later learn is bravado because he's in trouble at home. Jason is tall, dark, and slender, and a little bit sad because of his home situation. But he's also a boyfriend, which makes him a bit more firm and serious. He also "feels" more mature, and it shows.

And that's what I remember. Hair color, eye color - that's your choice, although I see CJ as blonde, and Evan and Luke as sandy-haired, but you don't have to.
