Why you should make a movie about unplugged

    Dear Gordon Korman,

You should really consider making a movie about unplugged. I think this because this book is really the best book that could ever live. Here are some reasons why I think you should make a movie. The first reason is all the teachers that read the book to their kids could show them the movie and you would make young children happy and I know you like to do that. The second reason is that the book is so interesting, like the part where we find out Ivory is Snapper that would make the movie so interesting. The third reason is it could teach kids a lot about how the world does not revolve around the phone. The fourth reason is that you could make a lot of money off of the movie because so many teachers are reading the book to them so then the movie will become so much more popular. The fifth reason is that you will probably have a lot of kids trying out for each kid (prob me for grace). The sixth reason is that you are probably making a lot of kids upset that you have still not made a movie and you should because the book is so popular. The seventh reason is that since the book is so good you can make the movie as long as you want because we all want to know what happens next like do they shut down the Oasis do the kids go back and do it all over again WE ALL WANT TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is why you should make a movie about this book.

    Hi, Emma,

I agree -- UNPLUGGED would make a terrific movie. But writing is my game, and filmmaking is done by movie companies. So you can agree that it's not up to me. Apparently, some film company person should read UNPLUGGED, think, "What a great movie that would be!" and buy the rights from me. That's how movie making works. So let's all keep our fingers crossed and hope it happens, OK?

                              Thanks again!                                                                                -----Gordon Korman-----
