Uh, so this is a random thing I came up with in the Discord server about you. I guess it's an AU (alternate universe) or maybe a theory where Madame Zeynab/Zelda Rappaport is I guess a spirit or nymph. My friend told me to post this here.

Spoilers for Operation Do-Over, Schooled, and Hypergifted. Snoop and Whatshisface mentioned, but it's just the premise.

Madame Zeynab is in every single Gordon Korman book. She's drawn to mischief. She obviously doesn't go by her name in these books, sometimes she doesn't even physically appear in the books. Maybe she's that one teacher mentioned once who (perhaps purposefully) mislead Naomi into believing Capricorn was dead. That invisible force that led Porquette out of her pen. That voice in Carter's ear that tells him to look more into that shape he saw. The one who chose that new GX-4000 in the town of Stratford. She's always there, physically or not. She adores chaos and if there's a chance it could stop, she keeps it going one way or another.

Is this anything? I don't know.

I am stunned, stunned and gob-smacked. I seriously hope Madame Zeynab isn't really everpresent. I am (reasonably) certain that she isn't in everything I write. (That would be spooky.)                                             --GK--
