Dear Gordon Korman,

I am currently reading your book, War Stories. And let me say, it is once again an amazing addition to your collection of books! I have already read Unteachables, Restart, The Fort, Snoop, and Ungifted. And War Stories includes everything I enjoy from your books; fully developed and relatable characters, intriguing plotlines, and realistic conflicts. Your books also contain page turning mysteries that make me never want to stop reading! All of your books’ conclusions are satisfying and never rushed. Our characters are realistic in the sense that none of them are perfect and they are all pretty different with different traits and personalities. Plus, I love how War Stories takes you back to the past to learn who Jacob was before and possibly what got him on the bad side of la vérité. So far it is a great book, can’t wait to read more.
