Hi Gordan,

I'm in the fourth grade and I really enjoy your books. I've only read a couple but I adore them. I just wanted to know if you were ever coming to Indiana. I'm reading Whatshisface and it's my favorite so far. If you ever come to Indiana on a book tour I would love to come see you.

I visit a lot of schools and libraries and bookstores, including in your state. Mostly, my visits have to be by invitation. Me (Sanah) and my best friend (Scarlett) are huge fans of your books. We are going to grade 6 this year. We have read so many of your books including your first book This Can’t Be Happening at Macdonald Hall! And your latest book Sleepless. My favourite books are The Superteacher Project and Snoop. And Scarlett’s favourite book that you wrote is Slacker. We love how you make your books funny but also filled with mystery. You inspired us to write our own story with our other best friend. The book is called Cornered. It’s about a girl who is gifted. We were wondering if you could possibly write a book about two girls (Scarlett and Sanah (AKA us) with a lot of school drama.

I love the funniness of the books and the characters! why is the island trilogy not as popular as some of your other books, I thought there were some of your best books. also are some of your books in the same universe even if the character don't meet? if so, would you make a cross over book were the characters meet?

Re: The ISLAND trilogy. The books were all in publication by 2001, so they were written before the year 2000. That's a long time for a series to remain relevant. But I hope they'll have some kind of rebirth along with my 50th aniversary as an author, which is coming up soon. Right now they're probably hard to find.
